To restore access, affected customers should complete a cold reboot of their Samsung Smart TV by simply turning the power off and back on. If you still do not have access after this reboot, please perform a Smart Hub reset. You can begin this reset in the TV menu by selecting the following: All Settings, Support, Device Care, Self-Diagnostics, Reset Smart Hub. To complete the reset and restore this service, please enter the default pin of 0000 when prompted. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
